The day Tiwa Salvaged Nigeria

The 7th edition of the  prestigious Ghana meets Naija , which is unarguably the leading inter-nation entertainment event  in West Africa and has featured leading acts in the two nations  music industry yearly.  The event commands attention of  the youth of the two nations in Ghana, and this year's edition didn't disappoint at all and Tiwa savage impressed so much with her performance, the maturity with which she carried herself during her performance was exceptional no one came close to the professionalism that she exhibited ,she was amazing  like a discovery as she mesmerized the crowd for an uninterrupted 35 minutes.
The 2015 edition of Ghana meets Naija featured the entire MAVINS Crew  including Don Jazzy himself  in which they stole the show but without Tiwa Savage who was reportedly pregnant then. so this year edition presented an opportunity to the first lady of MAVINS to make it up to her fans at this year's event ,and she was adjudged the overall best performer by  so many lovers of music  after the event.
The outcome of this poll is no discredit to Shatta Wale who was proclaimed winner at the end of the event by the organisers, Shatta Wale no doubt   wowed the crowd by churning out hits after hits and ended up spending  52 minutes on the stage and encroached heavily on Davido's time that the OBO crooner had to force himself to the stage and managed to spend only 15 minutes on it because it was already dawn.
other headline performers at the event includes Manifest and FALZ the bad guy, Falz stage antics are great but the Ghanaian crowd couldn't follow up on his tempo so much as his songs weren't much  familiar to them his hit "soldier" proved its success as the whole crowd sang along with him.
Big up to Empire entertainment C.E.O Bola Ray as Ghana meets Naija lived up to the hype once again and  remains among the best entertainment events in West Africa.

Ghanaians and Nigerians no doubt will be looking forward to the next friendly musical battle between the two nations  in summer of 2018.
